I don't know, I've just heard so many people say it actually worked for them. Guess it's one of those things where everyone reacts differently...🤷

Diet matters a lot, obviously... you gotta watch what you eat. But sometimes food alone just won't cut it when things go wrong. Curious about what you guys think of Plex. I've seen some people hating on it, but honestly, all I've heard is good stuff... caught me a little off guard
