Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice? in Health ·
Hey guys 😭😭. I've got this one hemorrhoid that isn't even inflamed, but this anal fissure is absolutely wrecking my life. I know this board is mostly about hemorrhoids, but from what I've read, some people deal with fissures too, and honestly, any advice would be huge because today has been a total nightmare. I've had diarrhea all day long, and I've basically just been crying my way from the restroom to my bed—that's pretty much my entire world lately. 😭😭 Since the fissure is still acute, there's a chance it might actually heal, or so I'm hoping. Seriously, please let me know if you have any tips.

Hey there. So, I've got this one hemorrhoid that isn't even inflamed, but this anal fissure is absolutely wrecking my life. I know this board is mostly about hemorrhoids, but from what I've been reading, some of you deal with fissures too, right? Honestly, any advice is welcome because today has been a total nightmare. I've had diarrhea all day long—I’ve basically just been crying my way from the restroom to my bed, which is pretty much my entire world lately. 😭 Since the fissure is still acute, there’s still a chance it might heal, or so I'm hoping. Please, if you have any tips, let me know.

I’m dealing with a massive issue right now and desperately need some advice. I had a C-section three months ago, and ever since then, my bowel movements have been super irregular and hard. My gut has just been totally sluggish—which I get, but still—and I’ve tried everything to fix it without relying on laxatives. I even fought through hemorrhoids, but the hard stools and the pain just won't quit. So, I finally went to the doctor, and after an exam, they diagnosed me with an anal fissure and a super tight anal muscle. I’ve been following the treatment plan and doing everything told to relax that muscle, and while I’ve made some progress there, the fissure is still hanging around and hurting from time to time. And honestly, how is it even supposed to heal if my stools stay this hard? Even though I go every morning and evening, it’s always tough, and if I miss one, the struggle is real with constant pain all day long. Just to be clear, I’m strictly dieting—plenty of water, high fiber, tons of veggies, and fruit with the skin on. For some reason, the doctors don't think it's connected to the C-section, which is weird because I never had digestion issues before that. Also, I don't really have stomach pains, just a ridiculous amount of gas. That's basically it. Has anyone else gone through this or does anyone have any tips? This is driving me crazy and I can barely even enjoy time with my baby... cheers.
