Windows 7 TV tuner card help?

I could use some help here. I’ve got this Sony VAIO external TV tuner card hooked up to my desktop. It worked flawlessly back when I was running Windows XP, but since I upgraded everything to Windows 7, it’s basically become an expensive paperweight. I went through the trouble of hunting down and installing the specific drivers for this OS, but nothing seems to kick it into gear. Has anyone run into this before, or does anyone know a workaround? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!
