I mean, friendship shouldn't be an issue, but honestly, we wouldn't lose any sleep if we actually had some kind of banner or a two-pole flag to fly... then again, I doubt anyone's just going to step up and make one on their own; that kind of call usually comes from the top brass of the group😉

Personally, I find this whole thing pretty cool. It's not some trendy, superficial friendship like you see being tossed around all over Europe—this one has actual roots (even if those roots are pretty tragic 😢)

And hey, if some people are still pushing for it, there's no arguing that part...

All this acting like you're the smartest people on the planet on this forum is just ridiculous.

Online you guys act like hardcore ultras, but at the actual game, you're just hooligans 😛 🤣 blowing trumpets and nothing else....

p.s. stay out of everyone else's business

WITH D.M. !!!!

If reading what people write bugs you that much, why even hang out on this forum? 😕
I don't need to show up to a meeting to make signs just to get my questions answered.

To be totally honest, I actually thought about making my own two-pole flag. I asked a few people what they thought, and most of them couldn't care less about maintaining those old ties with groups like the NNB or MF. It seems like things aren't exactly perfect on their end either, so honestly, it's probably better to just stay quiet and do nothing..

But I can tell you what I personally think. Why even bother hanging a banner with both our crest and theirs on the fence? What’s the goal—just so everyone knows we’re tight with NNB? Or is it just to keep them happy because they’ve got the flag of Vatican City on their side, so we feel like we have to match them? I don't really get this obsession with making sure the whole world sees we're friends.🤷

What’s the big deal with flying the Vatican City flag in Russia? Does everyone need to know we're Catholic? Personally, I don't mind it at all and actually think it looks cool when it's out there. My point is, if we really care about showing that friendship, it would look way better if we just put that banner or flag on two poles instead.

bluehound15 said:who are you even trying to justify this to🤷

Finally match day in Indianapolis! Man, just look at those stands—absolutely packed. I can only imagine how insane it would be during the final rounds if we were actually fighting for first place right now.🙂

And check out that jerk over there.

I don't see where he's justifying anything. Is it against the rules to ask a normal question and get a straight answer?

John Perez13 said:Who says nobody thought about the NNB anniversary? People actually brought it up back during the LA Galaxy game, saying we should do something. The younger guys handling the logistics were just totally swamped with the big rivalry game—you could see how chaotic it was in that video. Then, during the match against Steven Bell, it just wasn't the right vibe to pull it off because everything felt so heavy and patriotic. Between the protests, the generals, and all the flags flying everywhere... honestly, given the mood at the time, it felt like it might come off as a bit tacky to be celebrating 17 years of friendship right then. You gotta admit, it would've looked a little like a circus in Colorado. So, they pushed it back to the Indianapolis game this Sunday, where we can raise our banners and honor the victims in our own way. Hope you get what I mean... 🤷

I totally get the point about the message, but seriously? We haven't been able to hang that banner with both our crests on the fence for 15 games now? Man, the last time I saw that thing up there, we were still in the Swagusa era 🙄

bud spencer said:You can totally ask here, but please, let's not group NNB and magic fans together in the same breath😉

Someone mentioned earlier that even the NNB folks are wondering why the NFL Ultras don't carry banners with their legends on them anymore, especially since they fly the American flag with "1950" on it at every single game. It feels like everyone just moved on from the passing of Tina, Rite, and Ruud Gullit seventeen years ago without a second thought. If we really value those old friendships, things like this shouldn't happen. I'm curious—has the energy among the NFL Ultras just cooled off regarding this stuff? What's the deal?
