So, what, are you a doctor now? Since you’re acting like such an expert, why don't you actually be useful for once and answer a few questions? And while we're at it, maybe learn to hold off on the lawsuits based on half-baked info.
Yeah, I already tried going through the other route, but you can't even get started until you wrap this mess up. I wanted to deal with them way sooner than this.

The formal complaint is coming. Though, let’s be real—they probably don't give a damn about complaints anyway. If they actually cared, this whole situation wouldn't still be sitting there, completely undisturbed.

So, I finally talked to the auditor, and it turns out she closed out my medical leave without even considering that one-month grace period you're legally entitled to after being let go. On top of that, she didn't even bother to notify me that the window for filing an appeal was closing. She basically bullied me into extending it.
Thanks a million.

So you finally get home from the hospital with a handful of diagnoses and a mountain of specialist referrals, only for your doctor to completely ghost you. No heads-up, nothing. You actually take the time to call her, and she just brushes you off—literally tells you "you're dismissed"—without even acknowledging it’s been fifteen days since the appointment, then just hangs up on you. WTF 🙂
So, what? They just pull it off without you? Like they don't even bother reading your findings or anything?
How does someone—specifically in this case, someone her own mentors are basically making fun of—actually know more than a specialist and just toss their recommendations out the window? Who do you even complain to about that kind of nonsense?
Can someone break this down for me? Is a GP actually allowed to just unilaterally pull someone off disability leave if there’s already a specialist's report stating they’re still unfit for work? Shouldn't they be required to send the case to a medical review board before making a call like that?
