Just to be safe, please include both the units and the reference ranges in your reply. Based on the numbers I have on hand, nothing looks out of line here.

Have you checked your thyroid levels yet (TSH, fT4, fT3)?

I will get those iron values over to you, but they are peaking at 26—it isn't wildly above the limit, but it worries me because my levels usually hover way below the minimum threshold. As for my sedimentation rate, the standard range is listed as 0 to 22, yet mine is currently double that maximum. I’ve never really gone in for regular testing before this; I haven't had any health issues until now, aside from being chronically anemic.
Since the doctor's question form isn't working properly, I'm just going to send my inquiry this way.

Hi there,

I'm 24 years old. I ended up seeing my doctor because I experienced some sudden heart palpitations last week—it just hits out of nowhere and lasts for a few seconds. My EKG came back normal, but she sent me off for blood and urine tests. I couldn't quite make sense of the urine results, but here is what the blood work shows:
Cholesterol gen 2 4.6
Triglycerides liquid 0.55
Glucose HK gen 3 4.4
IRON gen 2 26.6
TIBC 68.1
UIBC with BTS value 41.5
SE 22
E 4.48
Hgb 128
L 6.5

What’s really worrying me is the iron level and the sedimentation rate. Based on what I've read online, it looks like something might be off. Honestly, I feel fine; I eat a healthy diet and I exercise regularly, so I have no idea what the issue could be. Since I won't be able to see my doctor again for a few days (until after the weekend), I would be incredibly grateful if someone could help me interpret these results.
