Hey everyone...
I just went in for my follow-up thyroid hormone check after getting that ablation therapy done, and my results finally hit my inbox. I was hoping someone here could help me make sense of this mess 🙂 basically by telling me what the normal ranges are
Here’s the breakdown:
FT4 21.54 pmol/L
FT3 5.92 pmol/L
TSH 0.023 mU/L
Tg mL
TgA 10.88 IU/mL

Just got my lab results back. If anyone here actually knows what they're looking at, please help me make sense of this.
edit: Just a heads-up, I had my entire thyroid removed about a month ago... if you guys need any other specific numbers, let me know and I'll type them out.

TC Scan: Basic activity in the neck area, no focal uptake detected
Pathology report: Thyroid findings indicate hashimotov thyroiditis.
The sample from the left paratracheal node shows reactive changes, no tumor found. Dissected material from the right side of region II yielded about fifteen level 1 nodes up to 2 cm in diameter; all were reactive with no sign of tumor. In the right region IV, three small reactive lymph nodes were found, also no tumor. From the right paratracheal dissection, ten lymph nodes were recovered, one containing tumor tissue. In the right region III, eight level 1 nodes were found, one of which contained tumor tissue.
