Because I’m currently being treated for hyperthyroidism, I’ve been getting my blood work done every seven days as a precaution, since apparently Tapazole can cause your white blood cell count to drop.

Here are my most recent results, though they look pretty much identical to my previous ones:
WBC 6.4 (3.5-10.0)
RBC 5.14 (3.8-5.8)
HGB 12.7 (11.0-16.5)
HCT 41.5 (35.0-50.0)
MCV 80.7 (85.0-99.0)
MCH 24.7 (26.5-33.5)
MCHC 30.6 (31.5-36.0)

So far, my doctors haven't really said anything about them other than noting that my white cell count is within the normal range. However, for the first time today, the lab technician mentioned that my low MCV, MCH, and MCHC levels might be an indication of anemia caused by an iron deficiency.
Could anyone tell me if these numbers actually point toward anemia, and if there are any additional tests I should probably ask my doctor to run?
I haven't really noticed any specific symptoms of iron deficiency, aside from feeling constantly exhausted, though I guess I always just chalked that up to my thyroid issues.
Thanks.

Honestly, I wouldn't worry about it.

It's a total of 200 mg per day (two pills, twice a day)
Female, 40 years old. For the last 4-5 months, I've been dealing with fluctuating blood pressure, a racing heart, anxiety, and insomnia. I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism three months ago and was prescribed Propylthiouracil.

Since then, following my endocrinologist's advice, I've had hormone checks done every 3-4 weeks. The treatment seemed to be working well initially; my second-to-last set of results showed T3 and T4 levels within the normal range:
TSH 0.07 (0.4-4.01)
T3 2.95 (2.0-4.9)
T4 1.30 (0.82-1.63)

I stayed on the exact same dosage, but in my most recent labs (taken 3 weeks after the previous ones), there was a sudden spike in T3, even though T4 continued to drop:
TSH 0.03
T3 4.8
T4 0.9
(Using the same reference ranges and the same lab):

Could someone please explain how these results can happen despite being on medication? I'm also quite worried because T3 is now hovering right at the upper limit, while T4 is sitting near the bottom. What could this indicate? Thank you!
