Nah, they didn't... I tried asking for an exchange, but when I got home and checked it again, it was the exact same deal... just as empty as before... It’s weird because I picked up the other three colors from them and those were totally fine, but this blue one is just a dud... I don't get it.

If you've got the printer right there and they're telling you to swap out the cartridge, it's pretty obvious the one they sold you is just a dud.

It would be like if the label on the cartridge said Hummingbird or some other brand name. And if the printer itself isn't acting up, it shouldn't cost you a single cent to fix this.

Honestly, just demand your money back.

I went through the whole thing, swapped the ink color, and still... nothing. Man, I don't even know what the hell is wrong with this thing.

help me out here!! I just picked up some third-party ink cartridges for my printer and everything seems totally fine except for the cyan... it keeps telling me it's empty when it clearly isn't. anyone have any idea what the deal is?
