The results look fine.

Thanks for the reply. I was just a bit worried about the gap between my LH and FSH levels since everything I read online suggested they should be pretty much identical. My blood pressure is usually on the lower side—around 110/50—but I clocked it at 110/40 today.
Hi

Could someone who actually knows their stuff take a quick look at these hormone levels?

I'm 21.
For over a year now, my sleep has been a mess—waking up in the middle of the night constantly. I'll get a couple of good nights, then go two days without any sleep at all.
I'm dealing with constant fatigue, zero energy, brain fog, and just feeling completely unmotivated. Honestly, maybe it's just stress, but I can't tell anymore.🤷>

The blood work was done around 10:30 AM, though I had already been awake for about four hours by then.

T3 1.71 nmol/L (1.34 - 2.73)
T4 93.39 nmol/L (78.38 - 157.4)
TSH 1.35 mIU/L (0.34 - 5.60)

Prolactin 162 mU/L (98 - 456)
FSH 2.3 IU/L (1.5 - 12.4)
LH 7 IU/L (1.7 - 8.6)
Testosterone 20.1 nmol/L (9.9 - 27.8)
Free Testosterone 254 pmol/L (178 - 598)
Cortisol 435 nmol/L (Morning 8am: 171-536, Afternoon 4pm: 64-340) - only tested once.

I'm worried about the gap between FSH and LH; FSH is sitting at the bottom end while LH is near the top. Does that actually mean anything?

Thanks in advance.
