I recently ended up in the ER because I was dealing with some pretty intense kidney area pain. After that, they sent me over to a clinic to get my blood and urine tested. My blood work came back totally fine, but when it comes to the urinalysis, they weren't exactly clear about what everything meant—not that I expected much, I guess. Here’s what my urine results looked like:

Appearance: cloudy
Color: yellow
pH: 6.0
Specific Gravity: 1.020
Protein: 2.0
Glucose: negative
Bilirubin: negative
Urobilinogen: 16
Nitrites: negative

Leukocytes: 2-3
Erythrocytes: 1-2
Epithelial cells: squamous
Bacteria: many

Given that I deal with frequent pelvic infections—specifically uterine issues—and I actually had some kidney stones about two years ago, I'm a bit concerned.
My Pap smear results were:

Specimen adequacy: sufficient for interpretation
- obscured by leukocytes
Abnormal cells:
Squamous cells: atypical squamous cells
- significance not determined

General classification:
Abnormal cells

Microorganisms
Bacillus vaginalis: positive
Fungi/spores: positive
Other: something listed as u.er

Note: small number of atypical squamous epithelial cells

P.S.—just to clarify, this Pap smear was from a year ago, but the urine test was done just 10 days ago. Please, I really need some help here!!!
