Hi, I'm 22 and a few months ago I started noticing certain patches on my skin. They began peeling and thickening, eventually losing their pigmentation altogether. My dermatologist suspects lichen sclerosus et atrophicus. Following that, I had some blood work done; everything came back low except for my white blood cell count. My AST and ALT liver enzyme levels were also low. I'm wondering if those low values could be linked to this condition, or if there are other specific ailments where low AST and ALT are common indicators?
