So, I’m 31, and I actually went in for these tests because I’ve been feeling completely wiped out lately. Between the constant fatigue, dizzy spells, occasional heart palpitations, and just getting winded doing basically nothing—like walking up a flight of stairs—it’s been rough. It feels really weird to me because just a few months ago, I could ride my bike all the way to 31 miles every single day without breaking a sweat.
If anyone has any insight from a medical perspective, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks
