I’ll definitely follow the advice. Currently on antibiotics and following a diet, so we'll see how it goes. I have follow-up labs scheduled once the treatment is finished.

Thanks for the reply. In the meantime, I had a follow-up appointment... the dermatologist told me everything looks within the normal range. More importantly, she insisted on strict dietary changes. No greasy foods, nothing acidic, no sugar, no spice, no alcohol... basically everything I actually enjoy is now off the table.
