Hi,

I was hoping to get some perspective on something. I have Gilbert’s syndrome. My bilirubin levels have always been elevated, though never extremely high—usually peaking around 30 or 60. I’ve mostly been seeing an immunologist/rheumatologist because of some joint issues, but they’ve ruled out rheumatoid arthritis through all my tests. Because of the high bilirubin, they’re requesting a liver ultrasound and some additional blood work. The ultrasound came back normal. Everything else has consistently looked fine in all the various tests I've run to investigate potential arthritis, and I've honestly undergone quite a lot of testing. However, my recent AGLM was 1:320, and following that, another test showed an anti-TPO level of 110...

I’ve been searching online, but I can't seem to find a clear connection between high AGLM and anti-TPO. That high anti-TPO reading doesn't feel right at all. It seems like a complex situation and I'm feeling pretty anxious about it. I have an appointment with a hepatologist at the end of the month to get more clarity, but if anyone here knows what might be going on, I would truly appreciate it..

On top of this, I frequently deal with fatigue, a lack of energy, constant hunger, and easy weight gain. I also experience dizziness whenever I stand up too quickly. Many of these symptoms seem to align with what I've been reading regarding thyroid function and related issues..
