Since last week, I’ve been dealing with swollen, painful lymph nodes under both armpits. On top of that, I'm getting frequent headaches, general weakness, and this inexplicable weight loss—I've dropped about 13 pounds in just the last month and a half. Then, over the weekend, this rash flared up on both shins; it doesn't itch, but my legs actually ache when you touch them. Both my ankles are swollen too, making it a struggle just to walk. Now, my fingers and hands are starting to feel numb.

White Blood Cell Count 3.3 (3.4-9.7)
MCHC 356 (320-345)
RDW 12.2 (14.6-16.5)
MPV 10.5 (6.8-10.4)
Monocytes 12.8 (2-12)
Creatinine 60 (63-107)
Urate 127 (134-337)
ALT 8 (10-36)
CRP 8.1 ( HDL-C cholesterol 1.19 (>1.2)
Doctor's recommendation: Monitor symptoms and rest for 4 days.
