We’ve been trying to conceive for about 2 years now...
During my checkups, they diagnosed me with PCOS; I've always had long cycles ranging from 35 to 60 days. My gynecologist gave me a referral to test my reproductive hormones and prescribed Utrogestan (3x1) from day 14 to 25 to help regulate things. So far, the regulation seems to be working, and my cycle has settled at about 30 days.
I had my hormone levels drawn on day 3 of my cycle, and then checked my progesterone on day 21.

FSH 4.40 follicular phase: 1.8-9.4 IU/L
LH 3.10 follicular phase: 0.8-10.4 IU/L
PROLACTIN 366.00 81-597 mlU/L
DHEA-SO4 6.80 1.8-9.8 umol/L
ANDROSTENDIONE 9.80 1.7-16.4 nmol/L
TESTOSTERONE 2.90 0.4-2.74 nmol/L
SHBG 51.00 20-85 nmol/L
TSH 6.82 0.3-3.6 mlU/L
T4 92.80 58-161 nmol/L
T3 2.50 1.3-3.6 nmol/L
PROGESTERONE 54.70 follicular phase: 2.2-5.7 nmol/L

My gynecologist’s take on the results was that everything looks fine, except for the elevated TSH, so she referred me to a thyroid specialist. I saw a nuclear medicine specialist who diagnosed me with mild hypothyroidism and started me on Euthyrox 25 mcg. After two months on the medication, my TSH is down to 3.17... though I'm still waiting on the official feedback, and I suspect they might bump up my dosage since the TSH is technically still high. I've also been prescribed Clomiphene, which I've taken for the last three cycles (2x1 from day 3 to 7). If this third cycle doesn't result in conception, they recommended I get an HSG.
So, if anyone could help me make sense of these numbers—specifically whether the other hormones are actually okay aside from the TSH, as my doctor suggested—I would be incredibly grateful.

P.S.: Sorry for the long post :-)
