Hey there. I could use some help interpreting these blood work results. My doctor sent me in because they suspect I might have arthritis:

MPV 7.4
ESR 34
My ALP is sitting right on the edge of the normal range, which goes up to 119.
Also, my ESR is pretty high.
Any insights would be appreciated.
