The scans of the right shoulder show that the joint surfaces are properly aligned. There are some mild degenerative changes in the glenohumeral joint near the bottom, specifically some marginal osteophyte formation on the edge of the glenoid surface, while the AC joint looks totally normal.
There's some minor bone buildup at the edge of the acromion, which points toward enthesopathy. Also, there’s an oval-shaped soft tissue calcification about 7 mm wide near the greater tuberosity of the humerus, which indicates calcific tendinopathy. No obvious signs of erosive changes on the joint surfaces were found.
