Since my primary care doctor is going to be out on vacation all through August, I was wondering if someone might be able to help me make sense of my shoulder radiology report? Just looking for a quick breakdown if possible:
Clinical Diagnosis: M75 Shoulder Lesions
The imaging of the right shoulder shows appropriate mineralization and maintained bone structure.
The alignment of the joint surfaces appears normal.
The width of both the glenohumeral and acromioclavicular joint spaces looks fine.
Within the soft tissues, located cranially near the contour of the greater tuberosity of the humerus, there is a 4.5x2.5 mm area that can be differentiated.
