As for how I’m actually feeling... it's been quite a struggle. I've been dealing with abdominal pain, bloating, intestinal cramping, and my bowel movements are pretty irregular or just straight-up diarrhea. I can't seem to handle fatty or sugary foods at all; they just don't agree with me. On top of that, there are headaches, constant fatigue, and even some shortness of breath when I try to exert myself just a little bit more than usual...
