Can someone help me make sense of these results? A few things are flagged outside the normal range here:

If anyone can explain what these numbers actually mean, I'd really appreciate it. I usually get my blood drawn every six months since I had thyroid surgery about two years ago. My hormone levels are looking solid right now, though! Thanks a bunch!
