Could someone who actually knows how to read urinalysis reports help me make sense of my wife's results? She went in because she’s been feeling pretty rough—running fevers between 100 and 102°F, dealing with lower back pain, constant headaches, and just feeling generally wiped out. She's 41 and has been diagnosed with cervical spondylosis. Her first urine test showed quite a few microorganisms, some mucus, ERC/hemoglobin at 30, leukocytes at 75, and the sediment showed 6-7 leukocytes and 3-4 erythrocytes. Her doctor prescribed an antibiotic (she tossed the box, so I'm not sure which one), and about 15 days after finishing the course, she had the tests repeated. Here is what the new results look like:
