I'm heading there a hundred times a day... So, it's probably that, right?

White blood cell counts usually spike when there's an infection. Are you feeling anything off?

Well, I originally got bloodwork done to check on some stomach issues, and this was just a side thing—nothing specific triggered it. But honestly, I've been having some trouble with my period lately. My cycle has been getting longer, and it's actually a few days late this month. So yeah, I guess I am dealing with some new gynecological stuff.
I just checked my blood work and urine results. My blood counts look fine, but this urine report looks pretty terrible. Can anyone help me out? Just looking for some general idea of what's going on since I won't be able to get retested for a while. Here are the problematic parts..

Chemical analysis - Urine test

Leukocytes - 75, unit: Lkc x 10^6 (ref. interval: neg. up to 10)

Microscopic examination of urine sediment

Leukocytes - 25 (adult ref. interval 0 to 2)
Platelet epithelial cells - 15 (adult ref. interval 0-2)
Small epithelial cells - 5 (ref. interval up to 1)
Mucus - mass (ref. interval: neg.)
