For the last little while, I've been dealing with a bunch of health issues that suddenly tripled in intensity about three months ago... I won't beat around the bush, I'm talking constant fatigue, mood swings, brain fog, depression, and these intense pains in my joints and muscles all over—especially in my arms and legs—plus headaches, a perpetually stuffy nose, cracked skin at the corners of my mouth, and all sorts of GI trouble ranging from constipation to frequent bathroom trips. My mornings are just a disaster; I wake up feeling like I spent the entire night digging ditches instead of actually sleeping. The full-body pain and stiffness usually lasts an hour or so after waking, but by the afternoon, my energy bottoms out even more and the aches get worse... it's just this endless daily cycle.
My blood work and urinalysis came back normal, except for one specific biochemical marker

Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) which is sitting at 2.106 mIU/L

I'm looking for some insight on what kind of illness or disorder this might actually be...

Here is the lab report

Hey everyone,
For a while now, I’ve been dealing with a string of health issues that have suddenly, and quite aggressively, tripled in intensity over the last three months. To get straight to the point, I'm struggling with low mood, constant exhaustion, brain fog, depression, and intense pain in my joints and muscles all over—especially in my arms and legs. On top of that, there's the headaches, chronic nasal congestion, cracked skin at the corners of my mouth, and all sorts of GI issues ranging from constipation to frequent trips to the bathroom. My mornings are absolutely brutal; it feels more like I spent the entire night digging ditches rather than actually sleeping. I wake up with body aches and stiffness that lasts for an hour or maybe ninety minutes, and as the afternoon rolls around, my energy just bottoms out while the pain ramps right back up. It’s just this endless, daily cycle...
My blood work and urinalysis came back pretty much normal, except for one specific biochemical marker here:

My TSH levels, which came in at 2.106 mIU/L.

I’d really appreciate some insight on what kind of illness or underlying disorder this could possibly be...
