Could someone please help me make sense of these results?
Standard cervical spine imaging shows spondylosis. Vertebral body heights are within normal limits.
There is a listhemic misalignment of the C3 body relative to C4 by 1.9 mm, and the C5 and C6 bodies show a shift of up to 2.5 mm.
The intervertebral disc spaces at C5/C6 and C6/C7 are reduced.
A pre-vertebral calcification is noted at C5/C6.
Moderate degenerative changes are present in the facet joints from C5/C6 moving caudally.
Foramen arcuale of the atlas is noted.
The right transverse process of the C7 vertebral body is more massive.
This is for my neck. I’m dealing with constant pressure in my neck, and after a recent bout of stiffness, I was sent in for imaging. I’m a 40-year-old male. Honestly, looking at all this jargon is making me a bit anxious. Also, because of some knee pain, I had both knees imaged as well—here are those results.
Imaging of both knees shows the joint space width is maintained. No signs of marginal osteophyte formation.
Bone mineralization appears normal.
Bilateral patellar lateralization.
Thanks in advance.
