lab results for tumor markers (S) Total PSA 1.88 ng/mL

Jan 7, 2019 lab results for tumor markers (S) Total PSA 21.54 H ng/mL

70yo male, pretty healthy lifestyle most of my life

meds:
Lipitor 20mg
Flomax 0.5 mg (for urinary flow issues)

any thoughts on this? what should I be doing...
