Hi everyone.
I could really use some help if anyone has experience with this.
I've been dealing with high platelet counts for over a year now. They were at 536, then dropped slightly to 517. I've had testing done for JAK2 and erythropoietin and everything came back normal; my diff was mostly fine too, though monocytes were a bit elevated. A sinus X-ray showed allergic rhinitis and inflamed membranes, but I’ve dealt with that chronically. My abdomen, thyroid, and immunoglobulin levels (IgM, IgA, IgE) are all fine, and my iron levels are normal too.
Now, after eight months, I just got more bloodwork back and my platelets are at 560—the highest they've ever been.
I'm honestly lost on what to do next or which specialist to see. I haven't had any viruses or symptoms, nothing unusual lately besides a lot of STRESS.
Does anyone know if stress can actually spike platelet counts? And is it possible for those other results, like the JAK2, to have changed since my last tests?

Thanks so much.
