Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice?

I used one pack for about seven days, and all my symptoms—even the hemorrhoids themselves—cleared up after ten. However, the old hemorrhoid that’s still there (which doesn't cause any pain) hasn't gone away. It wasn't actually promised on the box, but I was hoping for a miracle. Maybe I should have grabbed a larger supply next time.
