Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice? in Health ·
Nicholas Davis27 said:I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me out here... specifically, does anyone have any actual experience using Advil tablets? I’ve been looking online and noticed some are listed for around $599, while others seem to be priced quite differently... $33 I think they go by the name Advil, but these ones are from Himalaya—or at least I think that's the manufacturer... I'm honestly not quite sure if there's actually a real difference between them or if there's some kind of catch somewhere... thanks...

I ended up using some Advil... one of those options you see everywhere... $200About four years ago, I went through something similar and they really helped me out... during that stretch, I was dealing with some pretty annoying hemorrhoids, though most people immediately jump to the conclusion that if you're struggling with them, it means you have irregular digestion. That wasn't actually my situation at all, because my bathroom habits were perfectly regular, yet I still dealt with those occasional flare-ups... and honestly, Advil worked quite quickly for me. They are effective, certainly, but I wouldn't call them a permanent fix—more like temporary relief, which kind of makes sense when you consider how surgeries often turn out to be just a short-term solution rather than a lifelong cure, which was unfortunately my experience too, especially considering what I ended up paying for them... $3833 Kate Allen35... even though I had stage II and still about... $667 If I had known that having the surgery wouldn't actually be a permanent fix, I never would have agreed to go through with it in the first place... instead, I probably would have just taken all that money and invested it into Advil, Daflon, and Fact cream—if I’m remembering the names of all those tablets correctly, which is a big if since I might end up needing them all over again... My honest advice to anyone considering going to a private specialist for surgery—especially if you're looking at Hal-RaR—is to ask right upfront if a follow-up procedure is included in the initial cost... Surgeons always claim this specific procedure is incredibly successful, but they tend to gloss over the fact that hemorrhoids can definitely come back, and it's likely a much higher rate than the measly 5% they like to quote... Then, when things don't hold up, they expect you to cough up more cash, even though you already paid for a procedure that wasn't done quite right the first time... Hal-RaR can be quite effective, but sometimes only if it's repeated a few times, which obviously hits your wallet hard because very few doctors are willing to do a repeat procedure for free, and as for how truly permanent the results are, well, only time will tell...

I have some information to share for anyone out there struggling with hemorrhoids... A friend of my mother's dealt with this about 8 or 9 years ago, and she ended up getting in touch with a gentleman—I believe he’s a nutritionist—who prepares these herbal drops, and within just a month of following his specific dietary guidelines alongside the drops, her issues completely vanished, she says they just retreated entirely... My brother and a few other acquaintances have actually used them over the last four months too, mostly because guys tend to avoid seeing a specialist at all costs, and they’ve been incredibly happy with how things turned out. That said, I’d really suggest that everyone goes to see a specialist first to get an actual diagnosis, and I’d even personally recommend looking into a HAL procedure, which I’ve undergone myself, and I have to say it was truly successful and minimally painful as long as you follow all the post-op instructions carefully... I know so many people search online for quick fixes because they want to avoid an uncomfortable exam or surgery, but if you are absolutely set against seeing a doctor or having the HAL procedure, I think those nutritionist drops might be the ideal solution... I would love to just post his contact info and a link right here, but I can't because of the forum rules against advertising... If anyone decides they want to try the drops, feel free to send me a private message and I'll pass along the nutritionist's link... I didn't want to jump on the drops initially since they are more expensive than unknown and I wasn't sure if they provided a permanent fix, so I decided to go with the HAL procedure instead, knowing that surgery would resolve the issue once and for all.

I’ve ended up with external ones, and honestly, it’s just miserable... I can't get through my day normally at all.
It hurts, and they're clearly visible.
Please help me out.

I just sent you a private message with some suggestions!

So you mentioned you had your procedure done at unknown... I was wondering if you could tell me who your surgeon was, how long the waitlist is once you actually book an appointment, and what the total cost ended up being... I've been doing a bit of my own digging and feel like I have a decent handle on things, but I'd love to hear your experience just to compare notes... I've heard Dr. Ivanovich gets some pretty stellar reviews and seems like a solid choice, so I'm trying to look into other specialists in that field before I make a final call... These issues first cropped up for me about three years ago, and honestly, medical tech has come such a long way since then, so now I'm at the point where I need to see a surgeon and I'm feeling a little indecisive... My primary care doctor isn't really giving me any specific guidance, he just says I can go anywhere and suggests the nearest hospital, which happens to be in unknown... I don't think going there is really an option for me given what I know about their work... so I'm just trying to gather as much info as possible, and if you wouldn't mind sharing a few details, I'd really appreciate it...

thanks so much 🙂🙂

I sent those details over to your private messages

Hi everyone, I figured I’d jump in and share my own experience too! 🙂
I’ve been dealing with hemorrhoids for about 16 years now... I haven't really had any major complications, just those occasional flare-ups that would last a few days here and there, and I managed to settle two of them just by watching what I eat, but that last one about a year ago required some FedEx, and thankfully everything cleared up in just two days. After that last bout, I decided it was time to actually see a specialist to figure out where I stood, and the doctor told me I was at stage 2 or 3, so he recommended surgery since there had been some intermittent bleeding over the years... He didn't bother prescribing any specific therapy because he said while things might help occasionally, no cream or pill is ever going to truly cure the underlying issue. I did a bit of digging online and stumbled upon this forum and this new DG HAL method, which really caught my eye, so I decided to go for it! About a month ago, I went into Arthur and scheduled the operation using the DG HAL RBC method. I actually had the surgery this morning under general anesthesia... When I woke up around 11:00 AM, they gave me a pain injection right away, and then another one an hour later because I was still feeling some discomfort—they managed to take the edge off, though I can still feel it a little bit... I stayed at the clinic until about 3:00 PM, and then they asked if I felt ready to head home, which I did. I picked up some painkillers on the way, but I haven't used them yet; even though there is some pain, it isn't unbearable, and I'm just hoping it doesn't get worse once night falls. As soon as I got through the door, I started eating—just some apples, some toast, tea, and some LGG probiotics... About an hour ago, I actually had a small bowel movement, which wasn't too bad since the surgeon told me to eat light and not to hold anything in, and I was honestly a little surprised that it happened so quickly and without needing any medication! I'm actually a bit confused myself that the pain isn't more intense and that I don't feel the need to reach for the pills, especially since reading through the posts here, it seems like everyone else is relying heavily on them after their procedures. It’s been eight hours since my last injection, and I still feel pretty good and haven't needed the oral meds—I'M ACTUALLY A LITTLE BAFFLED because I was bracing myself for much worse, BUT IT'S WONDERFUL TO FEEL BETTER THAN EXPECTED... I just hope it stays this way.
The specialist mentioned he performed the DG HAL RBC technique and that there wasn't actually any cutting involved???!!! He tied off eight veins and believes I'll be fully recovered within a week (though, of course, I'll be being very careful for the next five weeks and following all the advice from everyone on this forum)! Thank you all so much for sharing your stories regarding different treatments and surgeries, because it was truly thanks to your experiences that I finally decided to deal with this instead of waiting for it to hit stage 4 and cause more trouble! My advice to everyone is to just handle it as soon as it shows up, because that's when it's easiest and least painful! Those first few hours after surgery were definitely uncomfortable, and I can't even imagine what people are going through who have complicated stage 4 issues and keep putting off seeing a doctor or getting surgery until they are completely exhausted!

Hey everyone,
Has anyone here actually gone through with hemorrhoid surgery using the DG-HAL method over at Arithera Clinic? I’m really curious to hear about your experiences—things like how the recovery went, if the surgeons were good, and honestly, if you’re actually happy with the end results... Also, does anyone happen to know what the actual difference is between Arithera and butterfly ???... Any little bit of info would be such a huge help! 🙂
