So, it's exactly that—elevated white blood cell count, CRP... nothing catastrophic, but nothing to ignore either. I’m going to insist on seeing a specialist. My doctor thought it might be something related to my spine. I know it isn't. You just know when it's about a specific part of the body. 😁

Thanks for the reply. I went to see my primary care doctor this morning to get blood work and a urine test done to check for any signs of infection. Now I'm just confused because that pain feels so deep. I honestly don't even know what we're dealing with anymore. Uuuuuhhh... I actually wondered if something had abscessed. What happened to you was truly awful; I really hope you got it sorted out. 🙂

Hey. I’m dealing with this mess too. Does anyone know if hemorrhoids can actually cause a fever? I hit 99.7 yesterday and I've been in pain all day. I have external ones, but there's this deep, internal ache. Has anyone else dealt with this? I've been using that Faktu ointment, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything.
