Oh, please... "an impure liver"... if things were actually that simplistic, medicine would be nothing more than an expanded branch of mathematics, where every organism isn't uniquely individual. If it were math, there would be no unknowns, meaning 2 + 2 would always equal four... which is quite a different matter entirely, to say the least.
There is a whole spectrum of endogenous and exogenous factors that create a risk for illness. Ultimately, we are all just trying to help one another based on our own lived experiences, rather than by reading or pasting empty nonsense found on the internet... we all know how that goes.
Take me, for instance: my liver is perfectly clean, all my lab results are right in the middle of the normal range, everything is ideal according to every parameter, and I don't drink, smoke, or eat processed meats or canned goods. Yet, despite that, I suffer from gout, I have cancer, I don't have a thyroid, and I am a combat veteran... and now, for the second time, I have issues with my gallbladder that require surgery. So, what is your solution then?🙂

Here is a suggestion from my side: if you want to see how the surgeries are actually performed and understand the various methods used, it is incredibly easy to find the same information on Google and YouTube. Everything is explained clearly through both cinematic footage and 3D animations to help one better grasp the methodology. There are truly many options available just by searching for the specific method. I will refrain from pasting direct links here to avoid appearing as though I am promoting any particular site. Every surgery depends entirely on the specific technique chosen and the patient's individual condition—specifically the diagnosis and the medical stages of the hemorrhoids.
Consequently, you can easily identify your own situation based on those parameters or according to your doctor's diagnosis. However, what we all truly care about is hearing from those who have already undergone surgery. I want them to write in with detailed accounts regarding the preoperative preparations, the postoperative recovery process, the pain levels, and other personal details. Naturally, please also specify which stage you were dealing with and which surgical method was utilized.
I previously described my first surgery performed by Dr. File, and having recently undergone another examination at Mercury, I immediately scheduled myself for the HAL WinRAR method. Just to clarify, at Dr. File, I was at stage 2 and 3, and they utilized the Barron ligation method—which involves applying rubber bands—along with sclerosis. I noted previously that the procedure lasted two days and was quite painful, particularly the sclerosis. Now, I have been diagnosed with stage 1 and 2, which implies they will likely perform the operation using only the HAL method... I assume without the RAR?
For anyone interested, the surgeons at Mercury who perform these procedures are Dr. Ivanović, who runs his clinic every Friday, and Dr. I. Kocman, who is there every Tuesday. You do not need to make an appointment for a consultation; you can simply show up on those specific days with a referral and sign up at the surgical desk. If you are willing to wait a bit longer outside the clinic—as there are unfortunately many people—you will be seen. The rest is straightforward: you receive a reliable diagnosis and then decide whether or not you wish to proceed with surgery. If you decide to go through with it, you will receive instructions on which tests to undergo, and once completed, you can schedule the operation. I went last week and was given a date in July; that is the extent of it. If someone cancels, they might call you earlier. It is simple. That is the whole story. This is precisely why I am eager to hear about the preoperative preparation—for instance, whether one needs an enema beforehand or just suppositories, etc. I am looking for fresh experiences, especially from women—perhaps a female colleague who has recently had surgery—regarding the entire procedure!
Once everything is concluded, I will certainly report back to share my own experiences with all of you!!

I am not attempting to act superior; I am simply inquiring if anyone has more recent experiences, just to see if things have improved for you... I trust you believe they have... haven't they??.. because for me, they certainly haven't, and likely never will!
I posed a very clear question, and I fail to see why it needs to be evaded! Furthermore, and just as importantly, medical methodologies are in a constant state of flux—believe me, I know a fair amount about that. All I wanted was to obtain more current and relatively reliable information regarding the progression and prognosis of this condition within my own Homeland, exclusively!!! That is exactly what I specified!!!
I have no interest in anything from across the border, nor do I have any intention of traveling there!

Well, that was two years ago... and that was in the USA, so please don't take offense, but medical science is advancing constantly—both surgical techniques and diagnostic methods improve every single month. Because of that, I would prefer to hear from someone who is a more recent user. Look, I'm sorry, but too much time has passed for my experience to be considered truly relevant now. However, I did read about your experience, which sounded like it was right on the verge of sepsis; you really did pull through well!!🙂

Here is a question I have
I underwent surgery for hemorrhoids eight years ago with Dr. File, but they unfortunately resurfaced within two or three years. During that interval, I relied on Rosa suppositories, though they offered nothing more than minor relief, much like various private-label ointments and, of course, Pilex capsules. Now, I am dealing with a slight prolapse again; there isn't much bleeding, but it is incredibly painful. The discomfort is frequent and radiates toward the prostate area. It usually subsides after about fourteen days, only to return once more. I experience bleeding during bowel movements roughly once every two months, which is a single occurrence and certainly not enough to cause anemia.
To be honest, my experience with Dr. File was far from pleasant. He operates in two distinct stages over two days. On the first day, he applies bands to the prolapsed hemorrhoids and performs a rectosigmoidoscopy. Before any procedure, he administers local anesthetic at five or six different sites, which is quite painful. The second day is even worse because you are already sore from the first day, yet you have to endure more injections that feel excruciating. Then comes the sclerotherapy—likely for the larger hemorrhoids—using electrocautery. Despite the anesthesia, it is extremely painful, and since it involves cauterization, there is a significant burning sensation. It was painful as hell, to be honest. I know those surgeons were practically vintage, but regardless, my experience was intensely painful!
Consequently, I would not subject myself to that specific process again...
That is my situation. What I want to know is about these other methods, DG-HAL and DG RAR? Has anyone here experienced either of them? If so, could you describe the process and mention which clinic you used? There are just too many pages online that I can't seem to find anything useful, and reading through endless walls of text for seven hours is simply more than I can manage.
I am specifically interested in experiences regarding private clinics and their pricing within New York City. Additionally, has anyone managed to get an appointment at Mercury? Does that facility utilize the same method, and if so, which doctor performs it? That is my primary inquiry. I would also appreciate a detailed, subjective description of the procedure itself, if you don't mind sharing.
