Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice?

Hey fellow travelers, sending good vibes to everyone here—really hoping we all find some quick fixes and get back to living our best lives soon.
I’ve been digging through all sorts of advice and different ways to handle this, but honestly, I haven't come across anyone dealing with anything quite like my situation yet. About ten days ago, out of nowhere, I developed a hemorrhoid. No other symptoms at all—no pain, no issues with bowel movements, no bleeding, no stinging, nothing. It’s just annoying because it’s right there. I try to push it back in, but after walking just a few steps, it pops right back out again. At night, I apply some calendula oil compresses, which seems to work; it stays tucked away until morning, but then three minutes after I wake up, it’s back out there. 😕
The only time I ever dealt with bathroom issues or bleeding was over three years ago. That was a brief thing too—just a little sting, a tiny bit of blood, nothing major. Since then, it was totally smooth sailing until this sudden turn of events. 😢
Has anyone else gone through something similar? Any tips or suggestions on how to actually get it to stay put inside?
