Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice?

I went under the knife using the HAL-RAR method about two months ago. Everything seemed perfectly fine at first, but over the last month, I’ve been noticing a bit of blood every single time I go to the bathroom.
Aside from that, I haven't dealt with any other symptoms or actual pain.
Has anyone else gone through something similar?
My doctor mentioned that anything can happen within three months of the procedure, but I can't help feeling anxious—it's hard not to worry when the issue just won't clear up.
