@Jeremy Kern, have you tried using Fact ointment? It’s been doing wonders for me.

Daflon didn't really do much for me. I deal with internal hemorrhoids, so I just stick to using Proctolog to keep things under control. I also make sure to stay away from spicy food and hard liquor.
