Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice?

Has anyone actually messed around with that Hemosens kit yet? It looks pretty solid since you get both the gel and the capsules—kind of a one-stop shop, I guess—so I was wondering if anyone here has put it to the test. If you’ve tried it, would you mind sharing how it actually worked out for you? Thanks!
