I have to say, I don't quite agree with everyone here! I actually picked up some Quest Diagnostics, and honestly, I can't recommend the gel enough. It’s got aloe vera in it, and it really does provide that instant relief I was looking for. Another thing though—you can't exactly split the Quest Diagnostics doses up, so there's no way I could share a little bit with my wife. These capsules are meant to be taken on a regular schedule by one person, not passed around between two people.
If I had just listened to all your advice, Steven Hernandez14, I probably would've ended up in surgery already, even though maybe it isn't even necessary right now. I mean, any sane person wouldn't jump into an operation unless they absolutely had to.

Do you get where I'm coming from, Steven Hernandez14? There’s just this massive awkwardness about actually walking up to someone and telling them straight to their face that you're dealing with hemorrhoids.
I mean, I haven't really had issues with this kind of thing before, but lately, I've been feeling pretty stressed out, and now, out of nowhere, this has popped up.
And honestly, it isn't such a huge emergency that I need to go sprinting off to my doctor or one of those expensive private clinics right this second. They aren't exactly close by either—you've got the drive, the costs, having to take a day off work... it adds up. I appreciate the advice, truly, but for now, I'd much rather try some other options before I have to look a professional in the eye and admit I've got hemorrhoids. I was just wondering what specifically I should be looking for? I know there are all those ointments and things, but I've been doing a little digging, and people seem to say you really need to address the root cause through your diet, rather than just masking the discomfort with creams. It looks like this Hemosens stuff has ingredients that actually help with digestion, plus you get a gel to provide some immediate relief.

Should I go for an ointment, a gel, some capsules, or maybe just go all out and get the whole expensive kit? And what exactly is the deal with Hemosens—is it an all-in-one kind of thing?
