Everyone reacts differently to stuff... yogurt is usually fine, but other dairy can be a nightmare for some... personally, I live on nothing but fiber and still need a laxative just to get things moving, but hey, I'm pregnant so don't use me as the gold standard... maybe try cutting out those bioactives and see if that fixes it...

Ugh, I gotta ask—I am seriously struggling with hemorrhoids during this pregnancy... I’ve dealt with them before, but now they are just straight-up brutal. Specifically the internal ones, and honestly, I’m just going in circles with all the different meds. The ER and my GP aren't really giving me anything helpful... anyone have experience with a good proctologist in Los Angeles? How long is the wait for an appointment? And has anyone actually gone through surgery while pregnant? Thanks
