Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice?

Hi everyone,
I’ll get straight to the point. I have been living in level 4 misery for 365 days out of the last 10 years. I’ve tried every alternative under the sun, and nothing works. All my medical tests came back clear. I even had a ligation procedure done at Sunce Clinic Zenica, but it was like it never happened—plus, they did it four years ago without anesthesia, so you can imagine how pleasant that was.
I am looking for a clinic recommendation that can actually help me and end this suffering once and for all if at all possible. I am willing to travel anywhere in the US, Canada, or Mexico. I just need experts who can finally put an end to this.
