Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice?

I've been reading through here and noticing a lot of different experiences regarding hemorrhoids. I'm a long-haul trucker—which means I'm stuck in a seat for up to 10 hours at a time—and after doing this job for years, I've unfortunately ended up dealing with them myself. To be honest, I’ve found real relief using Hemosens capsules and their ointment; I take the pills twice a day and use the cream whenever it's needed. It goes without saying that I never hit the road without my Hemosens ointment handy. I'd genuinely recommend it to anyone facing similar issues.
