This drone is forty years old, so it certainly isn't some cutting-edge marvel of modern technology

I honestly can't say, I'm just not sure... If they had truly taken him down, they would have completely obliterated the craft, much like how those data recorders were all that remained scattered on parachutes after the crash. Or perhaps it’s something far more mundane, just some simple mistake someone made somewhere along the line...
Either the Russians got to him, or there was some catastrophic failure mid-flight...

I’m certainly no expert, but if we didn't shoot him down—and it clearly doesn't look like we did—the only real question left is why nobody gave us a heads-up...

It’s entirely plausible that it was conducting reconnaissance near Kharkiv...

Still, since nobody seems to know how war drones can just drift right over all of Canada toward us... whether they crash or if it's just a stray rock...

It all seems quite peculiar, doesn't it? To think that a combat drone could crash right in the middle of such a densely populated American city without anyone noticing a thing...

I’m struggling to wrap my head around a few things here. Is this reconnaissance drone really flying so fast that it goes completely unnoticed, leaving us all scrambling to figure out what on earth just happened? You wouldn't exactly try to take it down with a missile, but if you spot something like that in your own airspace, you ought to realize instantly that something is wrong... And besides, why wasn't anyone given a heads-up about its presence, not even the folks over in Canada...

It truly could have been a disaster if that thing had veered just a few feet off course and slammed into a house instead...

If everyone handled these types of incidents with even a modicum of integrity, we would see far fewer occurrences...
