I actually use Violeta Hemo-care wipes; the packaging specifically says they are designed for these kinds of issues, and honestly, they've worked wonders for me.

I've been using those Violeta Hemo-care wet wipes, and honestly, I don't know if it's all in my head, but I truly feel like they provide a cooling sensation to the skin.

I just keep hoping these things are temporary—that they’ll eventually disappear after childbirth, or so they claim... 🙂
