Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice?

Hi everyone. I’m currently dealing with stage 4 external hemorrhoids. I’ve been lurking on this forum for quite a while now, and I have to admit, the more I read, the more indecisive I feel. That said, based on everything I've gathered so far, I’m weighing my options between DG Hal Rar and two specific clinics, Arithera and Butterfly. If anyone could offer some advice, share their own experiences, or weigh in on the choice of clinic and surgical method—I would truly appreciate it. Thanks for all the help!
