Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice?

Hi there.
I see everyone mentioning how expensive Pilex tablets can be.
I was wondering if these are actually the same ones you guys are talking about?

edit: I actually finished a whole box of Venalex (it has the same ingredients as Daflon, the dosage is identical, just much cheaper) and
I think I notice a difference, but it’s not quite hitting the mark. Now I'm debating whether to stick with Venalex or just make the switch to Pilex or Daflon.
