If someone played these for you and asked what they were worth without giving you a price tag, I bet everyone would guess at least $700$267. With 74W of output (50W plus dual 12W), they can easily handle a big living room packed with people. The sound is crisp from top to bottom—bass is killer even when you crank them all the way up. Sure, they’re a bit bulky, but they look great. The subwoofer weighs about 15 lbs and takes up some room, but who cares? If you don't have the space, you won't buy them anyway. My only gripe is that the right satellite cable could've used an extra inch or two of length. Looks like they cheaped out on the cord lengths, but everything else feels solid.
Solid 5/5 for me. Anyone who snagged these during that weekend sale (especially for that crazy $100 price!) is going to be happy. You aren't getting better value than this, even if you spent way more. You've only got until tonight to grab them online.
I'll second the part about the great sound, but I hit a snag. Is anyone else dealing with this? When I plug in headphones, the speakers go silent, but the sub keeps humming away... lol. Is that just my unit or is that just how these things work?
