I’ve been digging into this whole situation after stumbling across an article in the New York Post a few days back. I usually keep up with the papers and news sites pretty closely, so it honestly floored me how much the media tried to sweep the death of that poor kid under the rug. But, hey, once fans from all over the globe started showing solidarity and speaking out against the crackdown, even the mainstream outlets couldn't ignore it anymore. I’m really hoping this finally sparks some movement and gets the people responsible behind bars. Who knows what would’ve happened if the fans hadn't stood up and made some noise... probably just another case of the big guys steamrolling the little guy without anyone noticing.
