With all due respect, I can't help but wonder if we can actually separate those two roles from one another.

A few other people here have already pointed out how sacreusov seems to be leaning on his moderator powers to steer the conversation by deleting questions he doesn't like and handing out penalty points, all while he feels perfectly fine being openly rude to other members.

Isn't that enough reason right there to strip away his moderator privileges?

His understanding of the topic about BPD really shows through the way he constantly sidesteps and avoids answering any direct questions.

I'm just a layperson who mostly reads this thread out of curiosity rather than posting much, but I'm certainly not from another planet—it's pretty easy to see when someone is just using a discussion thread for self-promotion without providing anything of actual substance.

I was thinking earlier, would a moderator on a medical forum, say an American pulmonology subforum, be allowed to claim that chewing cabbage leaves cures lung cancer in just two or three months?

I mean, sure, we should always be open to different perspectives 😁 but seriously, making a claim like that without offering a single shred of evidence???

And then just ignoring repeated requests for an answer???

Not to mention the subtle mockery that follows when people try to follow up.

P. S. apsurdan is honestly the only thing that describes this whole situation.
