I really am not attacking you; in fact, I understand you completely. It isn't easy to be totally sober and objective after going through all that torture.
To me, it doesn't matter at all what others think; it's about what I want, what I see, and what I desire.
My family is so against surgery, but I want a more narrow, refined nose. I won't settle for just "a little smaller" or "a little narrower"...
That's why I'm in such a dilemma. For now, Glumicicev seems like the best option, but since he isn't an ENT, I just don't know anymore!

Just imagine—if I were in your shoes back when you were considering Dr. Glusca, would I have had this experience? Would I have been acting this mysterious? What would you even think of me then?!!
I know it's not the final result yet, but three months isn't such a short time that we couldn't mention what didn't turn out right.
I asked you publicly (since I'm planning to go to Dr. Glusca for a follow-up), but you could have easily just replied to my DM.

I agree. Based on everything posted here, you were constantly polling the forum for info right up until your nose surgery.
Back then, you were asking everyone questions, commenting, requesting photos; now, you won't give a straight answer to those of us going through the exact same struggles you once did.
Fine, you don't have to send photos, but at least write out what happened—what went wrong or what went well.
For me, Glusac is a top choice, and I believe this forum exists specifically so we can discuss both the wins and the failures of a procedure.
So what if he or his staff reads it??!!!
That doesn't mean you lie to his face or paint a fake picture of reality.
The man probably does two or three noses a day; he isn't going to remember every single person.

Since you weren't satisfied, stormyharbor2, for me, Dr. Glusac is now the number one choice. Seriously, quite a few people have reached out here lately after having surgery with him, and they seem very happy with the results.
What are your thoughts on this? Please, let me know.

A friend of mine had rhinoplasty and her nose looks stunning, but I have to tell you how miserable she was during that first month.
She had an allergic reaction to whatever they put on her nose—the cast, I think—and it was terrifying. She could barely stand it until they took it off after six days. Then, for a month or two, she was just consumed by the recovery process. She couldn't even care about how her nose looked because her face looked horrific, covered in scabs like it had been eaten away by acid.
Anything can happen, so I believe people need to prepare themselves for potential complications.
Her nose is beautiful now, but she says she would never do it again, simply because of the uncertainty of whether the skin would heal properly or leave permanent scarring.

Quick update regarding my surgery yesterday—I went with Dr. Bastaic and I definitely made the right call. The doctor and his entire five-person team are incredible. I stayed the night at the clinic so they could monitor me, and my mom picked me up this morning.

To keep things brief—so I don't have to reply to everyone's private messages individually—the doctor mentioned he hasn't seen a case as complex as mine in his 35-year career,😁 both anatomically and functionally. According to him, the previous surgeon really messed up because they "removed what should have stayed and left what should have been removed."

He said he managed to fix everything, though it was more challenging than he initially expected.

P.S. No nausea at all! Both the anesthesia and the anesthesiologist were top-notch.
I haven't even needed to take a single painkiller yet. 😍

I'm so happy. I honestly feel like fate played a hand in helping me choose the right surgeon.🙂 I highly recommend him, though I doubt Dr. Bastaic needs the extra publicity.

Is it possible to know how much you paid and if the full amount is due upfront?!

Don't call me crazy, but I would honestly love to have a nose like Marko Grubnic's right now.
My own nose is small and bumpy, but wide at the tip, whereas Marko is the perfect example of how beautiful a refined, tapered tip can look.
What are your thoughts on this?

I am seriously weighing my options regarding this surgery and scouring the web for results. Personally, I think this one looks incredible, and apparently, Glumicic was the surgeon behind it.

I’m reaching out because I can't seem to find any information online—does anyone know how much a nose job costs with Dr. Glusca?
My breathing is perfectly fine, though he might suggest working on the functionality too, but I am strictly interested in the AESTHETICS.
