Rhinoplasty: Experiences and recovery tips?

Does anyone here have any firsthand experience balancing piercings with surgery? I'm mainly wondering if I'll need to have them all removed—especially my tongue piercing—and if there's a timeline for when I can safely put them back in. Also, I've heard rumors about specialized replacement piercings designed specifically for X-ray exams; has anyone encountered those? Finally, does anyone know what the cost for the procedure is with Dr. Glushac, and whether he offers any financing or installment plans?🙂
