Self-inflicted headaches

Hello everyone, how are you 🙂
I have a question. For three days now, I've had a headache on the left side near my temple. It started last night when I couldn't fall asleep. It isn't constant, just comes and goes in waves. I usually deal with sinus issues and used to get intense headaches from them, but it's been fine for months. Could this be sinus-related? A friend of mine in medical school suggests it might just be fatigue, but I go to bed around 12:30 AM and take a two-hour nap after work around 5 PM.
